QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

AkzoNobel will be hiring for “Technical Service Representative” position. The incumbents will play an important role within technical service organization of the company. 

(The position location is İzmir)


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

·         Graduation from reputable universities, preferable engineering faculty

·         Minimum 1-year experience in technical service/sales positions, experience in Paint/Coating industry is an asset

·         Advanced level of English

·         Strong result orientation and problem solving skills 

·         Customer oriented, high attention to customer satisfaction

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

·         Flexibility and able to work under-pressure 

·         Good knowledge in MS Office Applications

·         Driving license B class (active driver)

·         Able to travel 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

·         Identifying suitable products for customers' expectations, fitting in with application systems

·         Communicating new product development /modification requests to R&D and forwarding customer complaints to the relevant business partners

·         Planning and implementing beneficial activities that improve customers' application performance

·         Conducting research on new equipment that may be required for better technical service
