CIM Manager

• University degree
• Min 2 years of Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics or CIM departments
• Fluency in english
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Able to manage priorities
• Analytical and business oriented mindset

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead and manage  Plant Supply Chain CIM ( Continues Improvement )  with the objectives of maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistics costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flow from supplies to customers; 
• Deploy all Valeo Supply Chain standards; guidelines, working methods, methodologies and tools in the plant and toward Suppliers
• Analyze complete flows within a multifunctional environment, identify issues and setup improvement plans linked with measureable cost and productivity savings.
• Lead and manage Plant Supply Chain CIM/VPS  with the objectives of maximizing service level, minimizing the logistics costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flow from supplies to customers;
• Deploy all Valeo Supply Chain standards; guidelines, working methods, methodologies and tools in the plant
• Ensure all supply chain activities setup
• Perform the standard trainings to the plant teams;
• Identify and generate opportunities for improvement
